Embrace Pyjama Day TV

Life gets better the less time we spent watching TV. So we're not huge TV watchers. We split our media consumption leisure time between reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, gaming and finally, TV & films. TV & film, being last on the list, sees us at our worst - usually we're curled up in pyjamas, utterly exhausted or seriously unwell. It's come to be known as¬†Pyjama Day TV. That rare time when we pick up a remote. We lean towards things that makes us feel better, that teaches us something new and doesn't swallow our lives in that instant, hooking us into binging watching. These are our top choices.  
   

Technology for watching TV

On Pyjama days its great to be able to turn the computer monitor towards the couch or snuggle up in bed with a tablet or phone to watch something distracting. We use headsets a lot when only one person is watching and tend to go all out when we all pile up on the couch to watch a movie or an episode of a favourite TV show. These are the things we've tried and would recommend.
