Burt’s Bees is a well-known brand made famous by their iconic beeswax lip balm. Natural has become a vague, much overused marketing term, but when Burt’s Bees say that their products are 99% or a 100% natural, they mean it. As a zero-waste, ethical company employing aggresive energy saving and water reclamation strategies, their definition of natural goes above and beyond a generic advertising strategy.
Burt’s Bees now have a large range of lip balms made from beeswax and plant oils mixed with a selection of interesting additions like mango butter, rosemary leaf extract and cocoa seed butter with a flavour for everyone.

Burt’s Bees has perfected the formula for a lip balm that is made in a sustainable way, respecting people and the environment without compromising on quality or efficacy. It is an excellent remedy for dry, chapped lips and with daily use my lips rarely feel dry. It has a beautiful texture, creates a cool, tingly sensation with application (which may at first be off-putting for young children, but mine soon grew to love the sensation) and it’s hypoallergenic with subtle scents.
